The far left column (Hours) is a record of each members contribution to the club. Three hours qualifies a member for a $25.00 reduction on the following years membership dues.

The (News Letter column) indicates how the member receives the club news letter.
True = delivered by US Mail
False = delivered by e-mail

The far right column (Status) indicates the type of membership.
Intro = Single Introductory membership
IntroF = Primary member of an Introductory family membership
Introf = Additional family members of an Introductory family membership
Std = Standard single full membership
Fam = Family membership
fam = Family members of the Fam
NR = A non resident member
Youth = A member that is younger than 16yrs
Inv = A member that invested in the paving of the runway
NF = Non Flying Member
NFF = Primary member of a Non Flying family membership
NFf = Additional family members of a Non Flying family membership

The abbreviations above are followed by a number that indicates the year the membership is active, for example, Std-11 indicates a member that holds a standard single full membership that expires on the last day of 2011

In the case of a Non Flying member that possesses a ROAR membership the NF, NFF or NFf will be followed by the expiration of the ROAR membership and that will be followed by the active year number, for example, NF-05/26/12-11 would indicate that a Non Flying member for the year 2011 with a ROAR membership that expires on May 26th 2012
