Also before flying you will need to sign the BFM Member Contract and have it in the hands of the Club Secretary.  Without this you will lose your flying privileges! To get a copy of the Contract click here to get the form in PDF format
Option 1 instructions to submit forms electronically  Step 1: "right click on file and select "save target as..." then save file in the location of your choice.  Step 2: Open the file just saved and fill out the form fields with your information, and then save file.  Step 3:  With your e-mail program select to send attachment or file with the files you just filled out and saved, and e-mail it to the address listed in the application.

Option 2  Step 1 Open the document and print the form.  Step 2: complete the  form and mail it by U.S. Mail to:

You will need the Membership Application, Member Contract signed and any other information noted on the Membership application to be received by the club Secretary with the proper membership dues paid before becoming a BFM flying Member
